Hello,

I do know that:

CPT 27487- this procedure includes (from Complete Global Service Data for Orthopaedic Surgery Books by AAOS). I don't have these books yet (just copied from other AAPC forum)
Synovectomy (partial or complete) - 27334 or 27335
Removal of loose bodies
Debridement
Internal Fixation
Ligament or capsular release, repair or reconstruction
Manipulation- Knee
Removal or previously inserted prosthesis
Arthrotomy knee (27334 or 27335).

What is included/bundled in 27486?

Can I bill 27486, 27334-59 or 27486 bundles 27334/27335 as 27487?

Any help would be appreciated.
