Hello,

I am looking for help with a revenue code for Outpatient-ASC for CPT 52310 : Litholapaxy: complicated..

Im not sure if it is 0360 or 0361..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

CPT 52318 Litholapaxy: crushing or fragmentation of calculus by any means in bladder and removal of fragments; complicated or large (over 2.5 cm).

Ideally this would be captured under revenue code 490 for General Ambulatory Surgical Care, unless it is specified in your Managed Care Contract to bill your ASC's surgical services using 360 or 361. Review your ASC's contracts or consult with your ASC's Managed Care Coordinator for proper revenue code reporting.
