I work for an CMHC. We have clients who are in Residential Adult SA treatment that may need to see a different provider for a medical issue on the same day. For example, a headache or runny nose. Can these 2 services be billed on the same day separately or must the medical issue be rolled into the per diem. Here is an example of what we may need to bill H0011 and 99213 on the same day. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
