One of my doctors did a en bloc resection of the right anterior lateral pericardium from just inferior to the innominate vein down to the mid right ventricle and right atrium with the resection margin approximately 1.5 cm anterior to the right phrenic nerves. I am not sure on what to code. Could someone please help me out.
