Wiki Reporting "No Tobacco Exposure" for ICD10

Many of the respiratory disease codes in ICD10 show that they require an additional code for Tobacco Exposure. What if there is no tobacco exposure? I am unable to find a code that would document this. Anyone know what we will need to do in that case?
 
Yes my draft says: Use additional code, where applicable, to identify... Goes on to specify the tobacco choices. And that's right at the beginning of the chapter so that note applies to ALL J00-J99 codes. Emphasis added for clarity.
