What CPT code would I use if my provider replaced a prosthetic bipolar head only, not the stem? Would it be appropriate to use 27137-Revision of total hip arthroplasty; acetabular component only, with or without autograft or allograft?

"I then replaced both of the bipolar heads.
This was a cobalt chrome 28 mm +0 12/14 taper head with a 43 mm outer diameter
bipolar head. This was essentially prepared on the back table and placed on
using a trunnion. The stem itself was intact, no signs of loosening or
fracture identified. The hip was reduced. "

Actually, I am thinking 27138-Revision of total hip arthroplasty; femoral component only, with or without allograft would be more appropriate.
