Repair of Laceration After Shark Bite

The patient was seen in the ER after an altercation with a shark. The procedure was an exploration for foreign body (there was none), of a 9 cm superficial laceration, not deeper than sub q, of the forearm, injection of local anesthesia, and wash out with saline and application of dressing. What is the appropriate CPT code for this? I was looking at 12004, since the description of simple repair includes wash out without closure of wound. Is this right? Please advise.
