repair of aorta tear during Mitral Valve replacement

My doctor sutured a small tear in the ascending aorta during a valve replacement procedure, I was using CPT code 35211 repair of tear, aorta but my scrubbing program does not like the combination, does anyone know of a CPT code. Thank you
