Hi everyone, The doctor is doing a Nonunion resection/repair with autogenous bone graft, 28322.
2. First metatarsophalangeal fusion 28750 and removal of hardware 20680 from the previous fx which is now a nonunion all done on the 1st MTPJ
My question is we can only bill for the fusion because he is doing the fusion now because of the nonunion. She wants all 3 CPT's billed.
