Patient with a previous fem-pop (PTFE) bypass graft, presents w/occluded graft....NOT infected. Based on MRA (robust profunda), surgeon decides NOT to redo his bypass, but remove the occluded portion.

Operative note states - "distal external iliac artery was clamped. Graft was disconnected and ligated distally and removed from the common femoral artery in it's entirety. A thrombectomy was then performed, good back bleeding from profunda and good forward bleeding from the external iliac. A bovine patch was then chosen and sewn into place".....

Would the appropriate code be 35371 or 35876? I don't think I can use the 35903 code as the graft isn't infected.
