Removal of retained cranial intraventricular catheter

HELP! Would anyone have any idea how I could code the removal of a cranial intraventricular catheter through a previous burr hole? I'm stumped. This falls under surgeon's global, so no help there. The original procedure was done 10 days prior with 61697 leaving the catheter in for drainage. Any ideas? Thank you
