Wiki Removal of PCEA 2 days post op by anesthesia

If our anesthesiologist placed a PCEA pump (62325) for postoperative pain control preoperatively on the day of surgery for laparotomy, can he also bill the removal (62365) done 2 days post op? We are billing for any daily management days (01996) as well that would fall in between. If so, what is the required documentation?

Any help would be most appreciated!
