Wiki removal of all three Cuniform bones CPT Help

Good Morning,

I am stumped as to what code to use for the following procedure. Any help would be appreciated. I'm usually great with amputations but this is a return to the OR for additional debridement after a Chopart(28800) amputation.



Note reads---------

The wound was explored using anvil, chisel, electrocautery and rongeurs. We removed the medial, intermediate, and the lateral cuneiform, and a portion of the cuboid of the left foot. The navicular, calcaneus and talus were left in tact.
