Doctor is making a small Incision in the medial rigfht upper lid to remove an ingrown lash... Not sure on CPT code Any help would be appreciated
 
Thanks for the response.. in cpt 67820 forceps only is in the description...our doc will make a small incision in the eyelid ...so would 67820 still be correct ...Thanks for the help
 
67820 is epilation by forceps only. For..by other than forceps use 67825. If procedure is closer to 67820 use it with modifier 22, E() and submit with notes.
