When billing CPT 93298 & G2066 when should you use Icd 10 Z95.818 vz Z45.09?

Z95.818 for Presence of other cardiac implants and grafts; Z45.09 for Adjustment and Management

Also can i use these Icd 10 alone or do i need to add additional Dx? I notice claims get paid without any additional dx
