Good Afternoon Everyone,

Anyone who got paid for the injecting of Contrast dyes for "Q9965/Q9966/Q9967" for Omnipaque contrast dye used during the surgery?

They asked to provide the NDC number which we did and again they need 11 digits instead of 10 digit code. Please help.
