I need help please!!

Reduction of cartilaginous nasal fracture~incision made caudal to displaced cartilage that was causing obstruction of right naris. Cartilage noted where the tooth bite of dog had gone penetrated and torn loose from its lateral attachments. Junction of upper alar cartilage dissected free. Scarring excised and it was placed back inot anatomical position holding in place using separate interrupted half buried flap sutures, continuing the closure and placing it as its anantomical position in the pocket caudal to incision using separate interrupted half buried flap sutures of catgut. The incision in mucosa was closed using separate simple sutures. A soft splint was applied.

The office scheduled it as 30117 and I was told to use 30930 and I don't agree with either one!

THANKS!
