Wiki Re-routing of 3 piece penile prostheis

Hello all.

My doc had to re-rout the tubing of a penile prosthesis's. He did not replace any of the components, but he did do a circumcision, penile degloving then reroute the penile prosthesis tubing from the left to the right displacing the phallus and establishing an ipsilateral reservoir to the scrotal pump on the left side. then he re constructed the penis. I was thinking of 54161, 55899 with a comparison code of 54408 or 54161 and 54408.

Might anyone have done this before?
