Wiki Radiation treatment of two sites

I need help, please!

When two different sites are treated at the same time during IMRT treatment how do we bill CPT 77427? Can we bill two units of 77427 with modifier 59 to support that 5 fractions have been performed for two different areas?

Any help is appreciated!

No, you cannot bill more than 1 unit regardless of how many sites are being treated because they are all being treated during the same session.
