Wiki Quick Help with two codes (Laminotomy)

We did a standard subperiosteal dissection, exposing L4-L5 as well as L5-S1 level. We then did a left sided L4-L5 laminotomy, we find the L5 nerve root went laterally and did a foraminotomy, in addition to the laminotomy. We then did a microdiskectomy at this level, as well, and took out very small disk fragment centrally. We then went to L5-S1 level where we did a laminectomy of S1.

TWO codes i believe are 63030 and 63047

are these good?
 
63030 is fine, but the dr is not saying he did a foraminotomy or facetectomy so I would look at code 63011.
