I have a doctor who had to return to the operating room for a dural repair. Once the doctor opens the pt back up he finds six dural leaks due to the expansion of the dural sac. The dural leaks were located at L4/L5 and L5/S1. Laminectomies were preformed at all levels. I know i can bill 63709x2 but can i bill 63707 for the other four leaks or is there another way to bill for these procedures. Thanks so much to anyone who can answer this question.
