Wiki Question about a CPT code for intradiscal methylene blue injection for lumbar discogenic pain?

We have a doctor who wants to know how we would bill and if insurance companies are paying for intradiscal methylene blue injection for lumbar discogenic pain? I am torn between using the 22526 or an unlisted procedure code? Anybody billing for this? What would be the correct code and what would be a payable code if that makes sense? (the research I've done is showing that the this is experimental and insurance companies aren't paying, I just wanted to get more info before I went back to the dr.)
