I work for a Pulmonology department and our providers are trying to bill 94644 with an office visit with a modifier -25 on the office visit. Does anyone know if Medicare or any other insurances pay for 94644 separately or is it bundled with the office visit? I will be so grateful for some advice. Thank you so much.

Yes. 94664 and E/M 992XX can be billed together with the appropriate modifier 25 as long as clear documentation is evident of the teaching.
