Is anyone familiar with a code for the "pulmonary valve perforation" approach when inserting a percut. balloon into the pulmonary valve?

Has anyone researched coding for this type of service?

This is not my specialty but look at 92990. Or are you seeking for a separate code for the valve perforation?
