I need help with clarification on Code 94620. Does 94620 Pulmonary stress test, simple include code 94010 Spirometry? If 94620 does include 94010 then does that mean that 94200 Maximum breathing capacity and 94375 Respiratory Flow loop is also included in 94620 and can not be billed separately?
