If the doctor performs a left iliac and left pudendal artery PTA would I still use the 37220 for Iliac PTA or would I use 35475/75962?

Use 37220 for for iliac angioplasty. 35475/75962 is for angioplasty in the brachiocephalic artery or branches thereof, primarily upper extremity.
