Wiki Psychotherapy in a nursing home

I need someone who has some experience with psychotherapy provided at a nursing home to a patient. Our first thought to bill this was 90816 since it states residential care facility. We are having some issues with out (Rural Health) Medicare carrier, so I first wanted to verify that this in fact is the correct CPT for psychotherapy provided in a nursing home or if residential facility only means treatment facilities.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Were you able to get an answer on this, and if so would you now report 90832 since 90816 is deleted? Or is there another code?
