Can you code the injection of embolic material 36002 and angioplasty 36902 of stenosis of the same vessel just in two different locations?

If the embolization performed in fistula percutaneously, and if embolization and angioplasty were done in peripheral dialysis segment, code 36902+36909.
If performed in central segment, 36901+36909.
 
Code 36909 is specifically for AV graft embolization procedure. Add 36901-36906 as primary procedure to report with this procedure.
