My doc did the S&I for cinefluroscopy of mechanical aortiv valve to evaluate leaflet mobility. I am not sure of correct CPT code. 76000 seems to fit, but would like another opinion. Thanks a lot..:(
 
Did the doctor use just the fluoro (76000) or did he actually do cineradiography (76120)? Cineradiography is a series of high speed xrays. You should probably clarify this with the doctor. My guess is that he did just fluoro to look at the valve. I would use 76000
 
THANKS. YOU ARE RIGHT. 76000 IS THE CPT CODE THAT I WILL USE IN THIS CASE. APPRECIATE YOUR HELP:p
