Does anyone know the cpt code for Proximal femur varus rotation osteotomy with a Dega osteotomy? I'm looking at unlisted for the Dega 27299 and 27151 for VRO.
I can post the operative report but it is very long. Let me know if anyone can help or if you need the op report. Thank you!
