I am having issue within a SNF and TCU inpatient setting, place of service 31 and 32, billing a 99309 with 99358. I cannot get out the door - Medicare an d BCBS are rejecting the claim at the front end. Any thoughts on why I cant bill this together in this setting?

Hi there, a CCI edit bundles 99358 into 99309.
