Can someone help with what the proper CPT code (s) is for performed percutaneous drainage of penile blood blister?

Hard to say what is "proper" from the description, but let me help with some direction. Code 54015 is "incision and drainage of penis, deep". This code has a note (for skin and subcutaneous abscess, see 10060-10160). Since you mentioned "blood", I would look at the codes 10140 and 10160 concerning hematoma. You will have to take it from there depending on documentation of the approach. Thanks for the opportunity.
