Our facility is an ASC freestanding. I have a question regarding procedure 46707. This is an experimental procedure therefore denied by most major insurance carriers. However, per our contract with specific carriers we are paid for supplies in addition to procedures. Is it correct to bill procedure 46707 and the supply C1781. Anyone else having these issues? Thank you.
