 I have an obese pregnant patient with benign intracranial HTN 348.2 being seen for a visit outside the global. We are using 99214 but I am not sure the order of the diagnosis codes.

Should I use 649.13, 278.99, V85.36 for obesity complicating pregnancy?
Or should I use 642.03, 348.2 for the hypertension complicating pregnancy?
*Also, is it even appropriate to add V65.3 for risk reduction or V23.89 for high risk?*

Just to clarify, she is an existing pregnant patient. Her neurologist has referred her to us and asked my doctor to continually monitor her condition throughout the pregnancy. She is being seen outside the global for an additional visit with the primary complaint of 348.2 caused by obesity.

I feel that I have way too many diagnoses here, any help greatly appreciated!
