Hi all, I would really appreciate some help trying to locate information on what the annual wellness exam should include by age and gender. I've been to CDC, special taskforce web page, etc. I'm trying to find out what the recommendations are by age and gender for the preventivie care codes. I'm new to family practice and when entering charges I sometimes have just the one code for a say 50 year old woman and it seems like there should be an EKG, labs ordered or something else.
