What ICD-9 code would you use for a pregnant patient with contractions >37 weeks gestation, no delivery of baby. The diagnosis is contractions. The 644 series does not apply as the patient is >37 weeks.
 
What about 644.13, the description for 644.1x reads "Other threatened labor, False labor: NOS; after 37 completed weeks of gestation; threatened labor NOS...without delivery.
