Can anyone tell me if there are age guidelines on PQRS reporting and where I can find documentation to support this? All I have been able to find is "Medicare FFS patients". I am looking at measures 99, 100, 249, 250, 251, 395, 396, 397 specifically (pathology). Thank you!!

Some measures are directed to a specific age range; the CMS measure specifications sheet will say if they are--one example is Measure #154. I glanced through a few of the ones you listed, and I don't see age requirements on them.
