Hi,
my doctor documented in his assessment POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) R00.0. I am not convinced R00.0 Tachycardia is correct.
But when I type in my key words syndrome,tachycardia I am not making the connection. I really want to go with tachycardia as my key word I am just not sure where to follow from there. And when I go to syndrome it refers me to disease and I not finding anything under disease with my key words. Can anyone assist? greatly appreciated.
 
You should also code any orthostatic hypotension or symptoms like dizziness, lightheadedness, or syncope to fully describe the syndrome. Cindy
