Hello,

What is the CPT code for posterior septectomy? A portion of the nasal septum is just being removed, no grafts or anything performed to repair.

No, don't use 31237, you will devalue your procedure by using that. Can you provide your operative note and dx code because there is more going on here than a biopsy, polypectomy or debridement.
