Male pt presents complaining of "blood from penis after having and during sex." He had two instances of this. Provider's diagnosis: Postcoital bleeding, 626.7. But I know that's a female-only diagnosis. What ICD-9 code would I use for a male? I feel like I searched everywhere and just couldn't come up with anything that fit. This is a very short note; the plan was to refer to urology dept.

Thank you! We're finishing up the last of September visits, so I do need the ICD-9 code. Any suggestions much appreciated.
