Pt seen in ED with following procedure note:

Oozing from under lateral L eyelid. Lateral eyelid injected with 1% lido with epi - 2 ml. Good hemostasis , tolerated well, no complications.

Some suggestions have been 68200, 67999 and 64450. I don't normally deal with optho, so any help would be great.

Thanks, Tiffany

What procedure is the patient in the post-op period of? The codes mentioned are not supported by the (brief) documentation: 68200 is a subconjunctival injection; 67999 is an unlisted procedure, eyelids; and 64450 is an injection, anesthetic agent; other peripheral nerve or branch. I would be inclined to use 12020 Treatment of superficial wound dehiscence; simple closure.
