I'm looking for an ICD-10 code for patients that are seropositive (+RF) but does not actually have Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). Thank you
 
Hi.... I think we can use R76.8, because Rheumatoid factor (RF) is a blood test that measures the amount of the RF antibody in the blood, and This test is most often used to help diagnose rheumatoid arthritis or Sjogren syndrome. So if you are not sure about reason for RH elevation then simply go with R76.8 ( Other specified abnormal immunological findings in serum )
