documentation states "new removable (L & M) or (MT) pad was fabricated from piano felt and Elastoplast." I'm not locating a HCPCS orthotic code with a descriptor for this service. It's my opinion this would be included in the E and M. Does anyone have experience in podiatry/ortho coding that shares my opinion or has a different opinion?
