Wiki Pneumonia due to Covid with a Negative Covid Test

I have come across this scenario more than once. The provider uses the Pneumonia caused by SARS dx of J12.82 with no Covid dx -U071. Per coding guidelines, the Covid dx is to be billed, then the pneumonia due to Covid dx. However, a rapid Covid test was also performed at time of service with a negative Covid result. What should be the correct dx for this scenario? The pt was being tested to go to rehab center for the pneumonia due to Covid.
