Dr. performed bilateral partial vasectomy, drainage of left hydrocele of tunica vaginalis and excision of left appendix testis

Would appreciate any help with the last two procedures. Thanks.
 
55000- aspiration of hydrocele (Did the provider aspirate the hydrocele or excise it?)
54522-LT- exicision of testis
The vasectomy is a "seperate procedure" and therefore would be bundled.
