Giant left cavernous carotid aneursym

The right common femoral artery was accessed. Berenstein catheter was navigated into the LCC artery. DS angiography demonstrated no disease in bifurcation. Catheter advanced to the internal carotid artery. Exchange catheterization for the 6 French Shuttle into origin of ICA. Control angiography confirms aneurysm. Microcatheter navigated into MCA vessel. Then PED deployed to cover the aneurysm. The proximal portion of stent did not fully open and this was angioplastied with balloon.

Would you use 61624 or 61635?

Thanks in advance!!

The use of the stent in this case is for embolization of the aneurysm, not to open a vessel. So 61624 should be used for this case with 75984.
