Good afternoon everyone,

I have a quick question, what's more suitable to use when billing for plaster? HCPCS code A4580 (Cast supplies (e.g., plaster) or Q codes for example Q4031 (Cast supplies, long leg cast, pediatric (0-10 years), plaster), Q4011 (Cast supplies, short arm cast, pediatric (0-10 years), plaster) depending on the location where the cast was applied. My provider is a children's orthopedist and we she never sees any Medicare patients. I also tried finding a LCD guideline but there's nothing in CMS website for plaster. Any type of guidance would be kindly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
