A percutaneous approach was used to gain acess to the left subclavian wein in 1 attempt. A guidewire was inserted into the right atrium and confirmed by fluroscopy. a dialator was then placed across the wire and a 13 cm French triple lumen catheter was inserted until the tip was superior vena caval atrial junction. ALL 3 LUMENS fllushed . The cathether was secured to the skin .

Would this be tunnled ? patient is 1 year old , 36557 or 36555? please help , thanks
