Wiki Place of Service for CPT 31240

Hello- I am trying to find information on certain surgery codes performed in an office setting. Does anyone know where I can find this information. Example: Performed Nasal/sinus endoscopy, surgical; with concha bullosa resection (31240) in the office and we want to know if Medicare allows that procedure to be performed in POS 11? Is there a specific site I can find this information? I have googled it and have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Look on the Medicare fee schedule and see if there is an entry for non-facility. In your case, there is no non-facility price, so it will not be paid in the office setting:
