Hi All.
Doctor removed an osteochondroma from the navicular bone, then he pinned the navicular, cuneiform, and talus bones to stabilize the forefoot. I am billing 28104 for the benign tumor. Could I bill CPT 28465 (Open treatment of tarsal bone fracture (except talus and calcaneus), includes internal fixation, when performed, each) for the pinning????
